Basic Appearance •  She is a rather plane looking lioness with not too many distinguishing features except a beauty mark under her left eye. A brown cream colored lioness with a spot under her eye. She has orange eyes and a yellow sclera. Her underbelly, muzzle, and paw pads have a cream color tone under her also. Her tail is a deep black and brown color. Her ears are a darker brown also.

Personality •
+Kind: Uzuri is a kind lioness she tends to be kind to everyone in the pride. She will often try to help others who need it most or even ask her when they came her way. If they are a stranger she will also ask them as well if they need help and will do her best to lend a paw. Uzuri tends to believe in the Circle of Life as she also has a deep understanding towards the land as it is seen in her hunting skills. Uzuri believes that each creature on the earth should be treated with respect and the same with the spirits that are there as well.
+Loyal: Uzuri is loyal right now she seems to be loyal towards Zira and it will stay that way. It will take a lot for Uzuri to shift her views. Right now Uzuri will be set on Zira who deserves to be apart of the true leaders. Uzuri is also loyal towards her sisters as she will do just about anything to protect them and defend them. As she is quiet protective towards her remaining family.
+Clever:  Uzuri is clever she is able to come up with tasks that seem very hard or even tactics in a fight. She might not look like it, but Uzuri is a very fierce fighter having had some training with her mother who taught her how to hunt and protect herself if she ever needed it.

-Sarcastic: Uzuri can be very sarcastic towards other lions and strangers she doesn't know. If you are a stranger or not in the pride she will treat you with a scowl and look rather down upon you for this moment. 
-Stubborn: Uzuri is stubborn she will not budge from her belief system. As she is as hard as a rock at times and will refuse to move from this type of belief system. Sometimes this will cause a mistake as Uzuri hadn't completely thought of things through before racing head on into a fight or a hunter.
-Impatient: Uzuri is impatient, as she can't wait or must always be in a hurry for something. She wants to make sure that she does things quickly, finishing things rather fast before thinking about the consequences that might be at hand. Uzuri knew that they were going to have to learn patience but right now she seems stuck in her ways.

History • Uzuri didn't have that unusual of a family life she lived in the pridelands with her mother Mahali and her father Nako. Uzuri was born just before Scar took power with her two sisters Nakato and Umari as she was the first born child she often got adored by her parents for being the first born. Uzuri's name means "beautiful" And it was probably a reference for her beauty mark.

The lioness would grow up not fearing Scar but actually adoring and helping the other lionesses hunt and learning all about the job once she was old enough. Her father Nako had died from some unknown disease that had come and killed him leaving the lioness without her father. Uzuri however didn't have much time to mourn as she had to go back to the hunt and help feed the lions. Uzuri was lucky as she managed to avoid being lured in by Scar and mostly kept to herself and her sisters.

In one of the hunting inncidents, Uzuri had been out on her own to try and provide for her family where she saw a lone gazelle. The gazelle was fast, but Uzuri was determined to help feed her starving sisters and herself. She never wanted to face that problem again with Scar's reign. Uzuri was used to it by now but hunger was one of the worst things you could feel. She chased the gazelle and managed to pin it down, but it caused her to have a gash from one of its horns on her left paw. This caused her so much pain and she asked the shamans for help as they said it would be a scar for the rest of her life but with proper care she wouldn't have to lip on it. Which was good news for her. Uzuri would be able to hunt but she would of course have to becareful not to reopen the wounds or injured.

Her mother would die just as she became an independent adult and would soon find herself surrounded by her sisters and at this time that was when Simba came into stop Scar from taking over the lands. Uzuri watched the other lions with horror as she didn't know how to protect or defend herself. She watched Scar and Simba fight and soon the hyenas devoured him in the rage of the storm. Uzuri has been very unsure about Simba and his time of ruling. With the whispers coming from Zira, she often wondered if there is time to make a choice here. She liked Zira's promises, she liked the idea of what the lioness was going to do now. She had been so tired of being left alone and ignored. Uzuri was ready to make her stand and maybe take the right one. With her sisters, she decided to make a choice it was time to follow Zira and become one of her followers.

Though Uzuri is not a 'bad lioness' she just sees things differently and is trying to survive. She is more of a lioness and is blinded by Zira and a small obsession with her new leader only to strive to have a good life. And that too may come at a coast for the lions.
