Basic Appearance • Jasiri is not at her full height yet as she probably is a bit smaller than a teen lion for that matter. Jasiri is purple and has spots all over her back along with a small 'hairdo' like mane that covers some of her eyes. Jasiri keeps her coat clean and tends to be a bit on the thin side when the food is scarce in the outlands. She has nimble feet and a short dark purple colored tail. When Jasiri is tall enough she will be about the average height of most hyenas.

the personality

Personality • Jasiri has been known to be very smart, intelligent and unlike some hyenas, she believes in the circle of life and protecting it as her mother had taught her when she was young. Jasiri can be very protective of her clan and family making her very loyal. She is also stubborn and strong headed, often not letting lions or other big cats push her or or family around. Jasiri mostly looks out for herself and her family, as rival hyenas and other prides are not welcomed at all. Jasiri is generally slow to anger, and often helps teach the younger members of her clan to make sure everyone gets along. SHe knows times are hard. And on several occasions she had to hunt on pridelands borders to feed her family and clan so they wouldn't starve to leave her feeling guilty in the outlands. Jasiri however does have a little bit of a temper but tries not to show it only when the time is needed.

History • Jasiri along with her sister were born a short time before Scar's reign as the hyenas were forced to live in the outlands.  Despite this, Jasiri treated Madoa with respect and a close sister hood bond would form between the two siblings. They lived by a small watering hole that had kept them alive for years. The hyenas were a bit different as they were the ones who believed in the Circle of Life, which most don't seem to even listen too and disregard. The hyenas here try to protect what little life that is in the area and as well as preserving it for future generations. 

Shenzi along with her clan approached Jasiri's mother as they began to form an alliance creating a very large group of hyenas. Their mother was accepting of this mostly to ensure their survival as they went according to their plans. The hyenas and Scar had succeeded their plans, and Scar's reign would begin as Jasiri and Madoa would never have to worry about being underfed. But Jasiri soon saw the world around her in the pridelands get decimated by over hunting. Jasiri didn't like the lion and hyena group working together. They were too different. Too... Different to get along for that matter. Still, Jasiri and her sister survived and thrived as they began to grow up. Her mother teaching her about the Circle of Life and as well as becoming a clan leader one day, to keep the traditions going and as well as the rules of being a leader. All of this was important, and Jasiri paid attention to everything.

It wasn't long before the years went on as the Pridelands got worse and worse, Jasiri hated what had happened as bones scattered the area, and grass never grew anymore like it once did. Jasiri soon saw Simba return as he was going to bring about the ends of Scar and finding out the truth of Mufasa. Jasiri soon fought along side her sister and her family along with the other hyenas. She did her best to keep up with the others.

Jasiri soon retreated once Scar fell with the hyenas as they disappeared back into the outlands. Jasiri would take the clan leader after her mother's death as she would wear it with pride. Some hyenas scattered here and there. But she is worried about what is going to happen in the near future with her clan as a miracle might have to happen to ensure their survival. As always, the future looks bleak in the outlands. So far Jasiri is helping lead the clan with her sister at her side sharing some duties together.
